Downgrading of avatars

A compromise that I had to make, to allow avatars at the size that I allow them, was being forced to make them go through a forum-approved program. This won't bring any change, other than images that you use for your avatars from your saved files, will be low resolution, and there will be chunks of it missing. They are significantly lower quality than the original images, but, we'll have to get used to it.
